Encounter groups are a vital part of thelement student ministry.  thelement student ministry believes that true authentic change takes place in a small group environment.

Encounter groups meet the 2nd and 4th week of every month.

Encounter groups are primarily designed for students to wrestle
 with that evening's topic and figure out ways to apply it to their lives - asap!
